Why and How to Use Happiness Journal
I believe journaling is a wonderful way to take care of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Firstly, it gets us to "empty" the mind's constant chatter, to slow down, to improve our mental clarity so we can focus better and become more productive in our daily tasks.
Secondly, it keeps us on track with our self care and personal growth because it prompts deeper reflections into what really matters to us.
Thirdly, the act of writing by hand has a huge number of benefits in itself (more about which I wrote here.)
Combined with essential oils, the potential that journaling carries increases enormously because the sense of smell opens up doors and alleyways that were otherwise hidden. It is in those new directions that growth happens as we venture into the unknown with curiosity and wonder.
And if you thought, "oh well, not a big deal..."
