Dr Bruce Lipton, the famous epigenetics scientist, goes even further, saying that we are consciously creating our life in only about 5% of the time. 95% of our life we behave and make decisions according to our subconscious store of past memories and outdated beliefs that we picked up as kids from family and friends who were also living out of their subconscious previous programming.
