When it comes to choosing what I put on my skin, what I eat and drink and what I breathe, purity is the most important to me. I also respect the company who extracts these oils. While sourcing the most potent oils from around the world, this company gives back with gratitude to the local growers of the plants, looking after and supporting farmers' communities, investing in the sustainable use of resources and making sure the oils are produced in an ethical way. Sourcing the best product by doing the most good in the world. When I open a bottle and smell the oil, I'm always reminded of how much hard work, love, dedication and skills have come together to produce Nature's medicine in its purest form.
From the pregnant mum and the youngest baby to the oldest grandparents, these oils are suitable for all ages!
Nature knows best - nothing has been taken out, nothing has been added to the chemical complexity of nature.
Physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, whatever your needs, there is an oil for that. I use them in my Journaling too!
Because they are so pure, these essential oils are extremely versatile in their application.
Apart from all the physical ailments that they can help relive, I also use them for my emotions. Whenever I feel emotionally challenged (worried, scared, sad, depressed) I reach out for the amazingly gentle support of these oils. Lots of people talk about physical detox of the body but I also like to do emotional detox every now and then, and especially when I feel "stuck". The list of why I use essential oils is quite long and varied. They are an integral part of my spiritual practices alongside PSYCH-K®, Quigong, journalling and deep contemplation.
There’s nothing added to or taken away from these oils. They’re simply pure essential oils, as nature made them.
They’re safe for all ages and they are very potent because they are so pure and concentrated!
Essential oils work on a cellular level without side-effects or addictions. This makes them very effective in supporting our health.
The first way to use essential oils is aromatically. Take your fingers and pinch right above the bridge of your nose for a second. Right under your fingers is your olfactory nerve. This nerve sends messages to the limbic system in your brain, which in turns sends messages all over the body. If you think its hokey to say oils could affect the body just by smelling them, let me illustrate:
When you go for a surgery, how do they deliver the anesthesia? You breathe those synthetic compounds through a mask. Your olfactory system is so powerful that it sends signals to your body to knock you out in under 10 seconds! This is the fastest way to access the brain. Exactly the same thing happens with natural compounds found in essential oils. When we breathe in those natural compounds from essential oils, they hit our olfactory nerve which sends signals to the limbic system which in turn sends signals to the rest of our body. This can happen in as little as 30 seconds.
The second way to use essential oils is topically.
You can actually apply most of these oils directly to the skin.
For children and for people with sensitive skin, you’ll want to dilute them with fractionated coconut oil or another carrier oil. This method is as effective, just takes a little longer to absorb.
You can even apply oils to pressure points throughout the body - on the wrists, elbow creases, back of the neck, behind the ears, on temples etc. You must not put oils inside ears or eyes.
You can even apply essential oils to the bottoms of your feet - including babies - and it won’t bother them. The pores on the bottom of your feet are really big and the oil absorbs very quickly into the bloodstream. It’s a great way to get oils into your system fast.
The third way to use essential oils is internally. These essential oils that I recommend are not only safe to use internally, they are RECOMMENDED for internal use. The CPTG standard means these oils are a medicinal grade, and are completely safe to ingest - unlike most other brands. You can put them in your mouth or drink them in water. If you don’t like the taste, put them in a veggie capsule. It’s like concocting your own little natural remedy.
