In fact I felt as if she was simply holding a space between me and my Higher Self or the wiser part of me that knew what and when could be released. What I was about to experience was very deep and mind blowing. I would never have expected that one specific scenario from my childhood could have such an effect on my life, on every level.

As Desi said, with PSYCH-K® we cannot change a memory but we can change the perception of it. In other therapy it probably takes years because they touch upon the conscious awareness only, but here it took one session.

I came to Desi with my problems with settling down in one place. I wanted to be able to be stable and rooted in one place. Desi was curious and asked me when I first felt I was not being able to settle. I pointed consciously to one event and Desi, in Surrogation, was able to do the muscle testing on my behalf along with me. It turned out it was not that event that we needed to look at. So at that point I was not prepared anymore but my mind took me to another event when I was 7 years old which had seemed totally irrelevant as I had no feelings around it anymore and my dad is now dead so it didn't add up in my mind why that event was our focus …. Little did I know that I had some unresolved issues. It is called Transforming the Perception of a Stressful Situation. During the PSYCH-K® Balance I started having weird emotions. First it was sadness, then anger and the emotion kept changing. Desi (still as if me, muscle tested and my Higher Self revealed a message for me in the statement "I had to forgive myself for …"  and my mind wanted automatically to fight with that statement - that it was nothing to do with me, that maybe I had to forgive my dad or my mum but I hadn’t done anything wrong to have to forgive myself! …Desi compassionately confirmed it was about me and then she proceeded with the PSYCH-K® protocol (permission granted from my Higher Self). In a few minutes I found myself snotty and crying just like a 7-year-old would do, the way  I should have done it then, when I was 7, but I hadn't… 

The Balance took about 3-4min. Then and there, I learned I had been recreating that same scenario all my life - my parents’ toxic marriage - Desi asked me how I would like to feel about it instead and I said, “At peace. It was their marriage, not mine.” We did another PSYCH-K® Balance and after that I felt like a big piece of myself was back in me. That was it, within just about an hour, we did three PSYCH-K® Balances.

Now you may wonder how it affected my day to day life.

For a starter I feel as if some BIG file was closed emotionally and mentally.

I have better self-talk about myself and relationships. When I imagine things just before I go to sleep the scenarios are peaceful and they don't involve any drama/ separation. I even tried to imagine some drama but was not able to! (Before, I was trying to imagine peaceful relationship but I was not able to).

I do not know how it works - but it’s all in the subconscious mind. There is a certain program and no matter what you do, it replays over and over until you change it - this I was fairly aware of. I travelled to India to learn Yoga, I travelled to South America to meet shamans, I did HOURS of meditation in solitude, I was affirming self-love, self-confidence and integration, yet none of it ever closed that open file since I was 7 years old. I was told to integrate things but no one tells you really how to do that! Then you are told to let go of these programs and they will magically go away, be compassionate etc. I was it all. And yet it never closed that file because I had no understanding of what really happened then in my personal environment and that's when Desi came as a GREAT help - I had no conscious awareness of me taking on my parents’ emotional drama and taking sides and blaming it all on myself. Jumping from one parent to another later on in my life ( not really staying with one - as it happens in life ) and recreating separation over and over with jobs, friends, family - I just wanted separation from their marriage this time and peace and calmness and that is what we accomplished with Desi - she does her thing with hands feet and I did it too (she explains it all very well as what to do) so it was not only a cognitive (thinking)  process but also I was experiencing change within the body while moving it - rewiring I guess (emotions + movement). 

If you hesitate, don’t! Give Desi a call and foremost give yourself a chance! And remember that your body really keeps the score and never lies. Desi can help you find the Key to it.

"I was a little skeptical to do a session online with Desi, as I'm one who finds connection and being with a person important for things to do with mindset or energy. However, I was blown back by the impact in such a small time frame, especially over Zoom. During the session I wasn't noticing changes in my outlook or perspective, more going with the flow and participating in the techniques used to determine my vibe/energy in different areas of my life. 

Afterwards, I went about my day as per usual, but I could definitely feel a change surging around my body, I felt stronger. Was this all down to PSYCH-K and Desi? I met Desi regarding a problem I found myself facing when I moved in with my partner.  She has a French Bulldog, an animal that I find repulsive for a number of reasons. The most serious one is that I feel an irresistible squeamishness about it. It turned out that my relationship with my partner was in danger because of the pet. It got to the point where I developed a severe headache from having to share the flat with the dog.  During the sessions with Desi, we found that the problem was much deeper than I had suspected. It was related to situations from my childhood, things about which I had no conscious memory. After the consultation, the headache went away and did not return. We now live in much better conditions with the animal - we are able to share the flat. I accept it much more calmly and our coexistence is possible, while before that I had already thought that there may be no future for our relationship. Thank you Desi! I'm glad I turned to you.

Срещнах се с Деси по повод един проблем, който установих като се нанесох да живея при партньорката ми. Тя има френски булдох, което аз намирам за много отблъскващо животно по ред причини. Най-сериозната е, че изпитвам непреодолима гнусливост към него. Оказа се че връзката ми е в опасност заради животното. Стигна се дотам, че получих силно главоболие от невъзможността да живея с кучето под един покрив. Деси откри, че проблема е много по-дълбок отколкото подозирах. Беше свързан със ситуации от детството ми, неща за кпото нямах съзнателен спомен. След сесията, главоболието отмина и не се завърна. Сега живеем в много по добри условия с животното.
